Xplore Fiji Transfers & Tours provides transportation services to customers (“you” or “your”). These services are subject to availability and confirmation of your booking.
2. Bookings
- Bookings must be made through our Website.
- You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when making a booking.
- A booking is confirmed even when the payment is not made.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices listed on the Website are in Fijian Dollars (FJD) and are subject to change without notice.
- Customers can pay before the service is provided or they are welcome to pay in-person when they are present with our driver.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled ride: You are eligible for a refund of 90% of the total payment. The remaining 10% will be retained to cover administrative costs and bank fees.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride: No refund will be provided.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- You must arrive at the designated pickup location on time.
- Any changes to the booking details must be communicated to us as soon as possible.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, or mechanical issues.
6. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the booking.
